During the past 18 years I have been able to gain insights into a wide variety of jobs in the live music business.
I started out as a stage hand for events and artists. Shortly after I decided to buy my own touring van and backline. So I started offering my sercives to bands and agents, which ended up being nearly six years on the road across Europe,  working with international acts like Portugal.The Man, No Te Va Gustar, The Sonics or Basskou Kouyate. 

As playing music myself was my passion since school, of course I aslo had my own bands. The most successful  prject I started producing, booking and managing in 2008. iLLBiLLY HiTEC developed to the biggest exports of undergound dub & reggaetronics from Germany. We played hundreds of shows and major festivals between Norway and Argentina, Mexico and Japan.  

This network gave me the chance to do booking for artists like Dubmatix or Lengualerta, but also organize an exhibition tour for mexican muralist and visual artist Gran OM. As pathes always crossed with the Rootdown Artists agency known for the work with german acts like Klub Kartell, Sebastian Sturm, Nosliw, Maxim or Lina Maly, I joined their team as a freelance booking agent between 2015 and 2022. 

My experience and network give me the capability to understand artists needs and together shape a vision for the next steps to plan. This support I am offering to artists as a full service Personal Management or Artist Consultant.
No matter if its a album release, if you need help during the recording process, find a booking agent or need to prepare a tour. Together we analyze what you want and what goals we can set. Even if you plan to found your own label, publishing edition or find the right legal form of your company, we can have a look at how you work and which processes of your work we can design better, find the right partners and go through the processes.

Thanks to many years of professional experience, I can advise and create your business plan and work on structural issues. My other fields of activity also include support in applying for scholarships and grants such as Initiative Musik. As part of my consultation, I will work out the right next steps for you, examine opportunities and risks, and support you in all phases.
